Hi, I’m Jamie Freyne, a certified personal trainer with 5+ years of experience helping people get real, measurable results. I’m also a dad of two. So I know what real life looks like. Busy mornings, work deadlines, school runs, and trying to squeeze in a workout somewhere between it all. Staying fit when you have responsibilities isn’t easy.
That’s exactly why I coach the way I do.
Over the years, I’ve focused on building a simple, practical blueprint that helps people train consistently, eat better, and see progress without their whole life revolving around the gym.
